A floral scented Mineral powder that contains anti-oxidants moisturizing, and anti-aging properties with hight performance pigments that covers blemishes and gives a soft, smooth skin.
 
How To Use
Apply Bellè powder after you have completed the application of your Cc cushion/cc creme or barely there, and before applying eye makeup.
Apply with light movements, focusing first on the central panels of your face. when you reach your nostrils, lightly press the powder around this are. Stroke your face gently to cover all areas evenly.
 
Ingredients:
High Performance Pigments - absorbs excess oil, leaving skin matte but still with natural looking transparency.
Papaya Extract (Carica Papaya Fruit Extract) - an excellent source of Vitamin A, C, and papain; Helps break down inactive cells by cleaning the pores and removing dead skin cells. Papaya is a great skin-firming and anti-aging agent. It is also a natural exfoliator that helps reduce blemishes and dark spots.
Phytaluronate - film-former, moisturizer, skin protectant and thickener.
UV Filter- gives sun protection (SPF 30) and an opacyfying agent. It also gives brilliance and reflectivity.
